Changing your daily diet is a surefire way to get rid of heartburn and stomach discomfort. Some foods with low acidity also known as alkaline foods can significantly improve your situation.
- Fruits: apples, bananas. both are nicely known to decrease acidity and have instant impact calming discomfort
- Vegetables: baked potatoes, broccoli, peas. Avoid frying them, instead cook the vegetables by baking and boiling.
- Grains: rice, graham bread, corn bread.
- Dairy: low body fat cheese. I also discovered yogurt great, but it doesn’t function for all individuals.
I also use teas produced from medical plants to decrease the acidity ranges in my stomach with awesome results.
