    these are all good suggestions for some people changing diet isn’t enough so for those people i would suggest something that worked for me and that’s taking a couple spoon fulls of apple cider vinegar. it tastes horrible but does the trick.

    some people with mild heartburn can just eat a few slices of an apple each night before bed and that will take care of it.
